Refund policy
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy (excluding coffee and perishables), which means you have 30 days after delivery of your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, contact us at support@zendwellness.com. Please include your order number.
If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return questions at support@zendwellness.com.
Exclusions & Coffee Returns
Perishable items, including coffee and collagen, cannot be returned. But don't worry; we're here to help! We provide our First Sip Guarantee. If you’re not completely satisfied with the first coffee you order from Zend, we’ll find you a replacement at no additional charge. Additionally, collagen purchases come with a 60-day guarantee. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
First Sip Guarantee
We know that coffee preferences vary from person to person, and online shipping can be tricky! To make sure there’s nothing to worry about, we guarantee that you’ll love the first coffee in your order, or we’re happy to find you a better match—on us!
To redeem our First Sip Guarantee, contact our Customer Experience Team at support@zendwellness.com. Heads-up! The First Sip Guarantee only applies to each customer's first coffee order with Zend.
Damages, Defective, & Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at support@zendwellness.com immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@zendwellness.com.
